Cape Dinner Branch Report

The dinner on Saturday went off very well. Although only a relatively small attendance, those that came generally stayed late and thoroughly enjoyed themselves with half of them only leaving after 12 which is generally unusual for a dinner. There were an encouraging number of younger members who contributed to significantly to the bar bill.

The only disappointment was the attendance with only 33 out of a potential 330 known contacts in Cape Town.

If you are in Cape Town but missed the dinner, please contact the office to update your details!

MIDLANDS BRANCH GOLF DAY

FRIDAY, 29 JULY 2011

HOWICK GOLF CLUB

The Midlands branch hosted a most successful golf day with a turn our of roughly 48 golfers despite the miserable weather (freezing cold, lighting and thunder!). A considerable amount of money was raised for the Midlands Branch. The winners of the day were Jan Potgieter, Richard Stretch, Gordon Moore and Garth Vernon L van Niekerk, J Riby-Smith, T Scheepers and G Reed also received prizes.

UK BRANCH REUNION/GOLF DAY - SATURDAY 13 AUGUST

PLEASE PASS ON TO OLD BOYS YOU KNOW IN THE UK - THIS IS OUR REUNION !
