Join the Old Boys' Association now!

Here are just a few reasons why every College Old Boy should join the MCOBA:

The Association plays a leading role in the governing of the school – if you are a passionate Old Boy and have an opinion about your alma mater, the MCOBA provides you with a chance to be heard.
College Old Boys have always raised funds for their school, which are so vital in these days of ever-decreasing state support for school’s like College. By joining the Association, you will obviously help the MCOBA, but will in a small way immediately also help dear old College.


The Old Boys' Association offers itself as a vital support network to all OCs. Regular dinners and social get-togethers are held, not only at the school on Reunion Day, but also at the MCOBA’s 16 branches.  These branches extend not only throughout the country, but are also found in New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom, thus helping OCs to join an ever-growing network that is to be found in many places around the world. By joining up, you share in the fun and special camaraderie of being a College Old Boy.


The Association communicates with all its members electronically on a regular basis, via the monthly (new) Red Zebra, its website, Facebook, or the occasional Wooden Spoon, in so doing keeping its Old Boy community informed of events and news at the school and within the Association itself. Its newsletter, The College Old Boy, which includes news of the school and of OCs around the world, is also sent out to Old Boys who are paid-up members of the MCOBA twice a year.


All the above costs a large sum of money, which is generated mainly via your annual subscriptions. Join the Association as a paid-up member, so that the Association can carry on with all these vital function – providing a gather point for all Old Boys, but also guiding, advising, cajoling and supporting our beloved COLLEGE!
